Quality, innovation, and patient care are at the core of Tasami’s mission to support healthcare providers and enhance lives.Role Description The Ouching Machine Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, responsible for operating and monitoring ouching machinery used in the production of medical dressings. Daily tasks include setting up machines according to production specifications, performing basic adjustments, and ensuring continuous, safe operation throughout each shift. The role involves inspecting materials and finished products for defects, documenting production data, and reporting any mechanical or quality issues to supervisors or maintenance teams. The operator will follow standard operating procedures, adhere to health, safety, and quality guidelines, and collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain a clean, organized work area. This position may require standing for extended periods, handling materials, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.QualificationsStrong machine operation skills, including experience with industrial or manufacturing machinery.Knowledge of quality control practices, with the ability to inspect products and follow established standards.Familiarity with machinery and basic mechanical principles, including routine checks and minor adjustments.Ability to safely use hand tools required for setup, minor maintenance, and material handling.Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues clearly.Previous experience in manufacturing, medical device production, or similar industrial environments is an advantage.Basic technical or vocational education in manufacturing, mechanics, or related fields preferred.Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pouching Machine Operator to operate and maintain advanced pouching machine equipment model PMK300 supplied by Harro Höfliger Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH.The role involves ensuring efficient production of high-quality pouch products in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
