With over 10,000 business customers and a fleet of more than 300 vans operating 24/7, Aspect is focused on reliability, responsiveness, and high-quality service delivery.Role Description The out of Hours Operations Manager role at Aspect is a full-time, on-site position based in Chessington Surrey. This role oversees day-to-day operational activities to ensure service delivery standards are met across multiple trade groups and customer sectors. Responsibilities include managing scheduling and dispatch, monitoring job progress through the operating system, and coordinating with field teams to resolve issues promptly. The Out of Hours Operations Manager analyses operational performance data, implements process improvements, and helps maintain efficient resource allocation.
