This role sits at the heart of our fast-paced eCommerce operation, driving performance, quality, and efficiency across the despatch process.You will lead and inspire a high-performing team of pickers and packers, embedding a culture of excellence and accountability. At Zendbox, we're committed to attracting top talent and empowering our leaders to grow with us.Your ResponsibilitiesLead and manage outbound pick and pack operations to ensure orders are dispatched accurately and on scheduleInspire and develop a dedicated team of warehouse operatives, fostering a safe, high-performance cultureMaintain robust quality control at every stage of the outbound processPartner with other departments to ensure smooth order flow and exceptional customer experiencesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivityMonitor and analyse performance metrics, taking action to achieve and exceed operational targetsRequirementsExceptional leadership and people management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesProven experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment environmentSolid understanding of people management processes, including absence and performance managementStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferredForklift certification advantageousCommitment to accuracy, quality, and safetyBenefitsCompetitive salary £50,000 - £60,000 DOE10% Performance BonusCareer development and ongoing training opportunities32 days holiday including bank holidaysCompany pension schemeSupportive and collaborative work cultureLate shifts, Monday to Friday with occasional Weekends
