A curated customer destination, bringing together a trusted ecosystem comprising three core banners: Everyday Market and BIG W Market. We have grown in the last year and now operate primarily across three hub locations: Manila, Melbourne & Sydney.About the roleAs an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging prospective sellers from strategic lead lists provided by the Head of Sales, converting them into active marketplace partners. This is a high-activity, performance-driven role suited to individuals who are disciplined, resilient, and motivated by achieving clear sales outcomes.What you'll doOutbound ProspectingExecute structured outbound outreach via phone, email and LinkedInEngage with prospective sellers from pre-qualified lead listsClearly articulate the WMP marketplace value propositionLead Qualification & ConversionAssess seller suitability across category, range and operational readinessProgress qualified sellers through to sign-upManage follow-ups and objection handling to drive conversionPipeline ManagementMaintain accurate CRM records across all outreach and opportunitiesProgress leads through defined pipeline stages with strong disciplineEnsure consistent follow-through across all active opportunitiesCollaborationWork closely with the Team Lead to improve outreach effectivenessProvide feedback on lead quality, seller objections and messagingWhat you’ll bringAvailability and willingness to work full-time on-site in the first 3 months is required before moving to hybrid with 3 days on site, 2 days at home.2–4 years experience in outbound sales, inside sales or lead generationStrong communication and persuasion skillsComfortable working to clear activity and conversion targetsHigh level of organisation and CRM disciplineResilient and self-motivated in a high-volume environmentExperience in B2B, e-commerce, SaaS or marketplaces is highly advantageous.What you’ll experienceBe a part of Australia’s largest retailerConstant mentoring and training providedGenerous sick and vacation leaveA flexible approach to workPremium health insurance coverageEveryone belongs at Woolworths GroupDiversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are key to realising our purpose of better together for a better tomorrow.
