Applicants joining the team can expect to work in a dynamic environment that values service quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.Role Description The Outbound Travel Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Heliopolis. The consultant will assist clients in planning and booking international trips, including flights, accommodation, tours, and transportation, while ensuring all reservations are accurate and aligned with client preferences and budgets. Daily tasks include advising customers on destinations and travel options, preparing itineraries and travel quotations, processing bookings and payments, and coordinating with airlines, hotels, and other partners. The role also involves handling travel documentation requirements, managing changes or cancellations, responding to inquiries by phone, email, or in person, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, promotions, and seasonal offers. The consultant is expected to provide professional, courteous service and contribute to achieving sales and customer satisfaction targets.Qualifications Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and in writing.Sales and negotiation abilities, including experience in promoting travel packages, closing bookings, and working toward sales targets.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple bookings, itineraries, and client requests efficiently and accurately.Proficiency with reservation systems, travel booking platforms, and common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, and document tools).Good knowledge of popular international destinations, airlines, hotel categories, and basic travel regulations such as visas and insurance.Ability to work collaboratively within a team, respond positively to feedback, and adapt to changing client and business needs.Fluency in Arabic and strong command of English; additional languages are an advantage.Previous experience in a travel agency or outbound tourism role is preferred; a background in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is beneficial.Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset to handle travel issues, changes, and special requests.
