Outdoor Sales Executive📍 Location: Sharjah AirPort Freezone💰 Salary: Up to AED 4,000 per month + Attractive Performance-Based CommissionAbout the Opportunity:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in aluminium, curtains, and blinds sales and a proven ability to generate business within the construction and interior design sectors, we would like to hear from you.Key Responsibilities :Contact and follow up with qualified sales leads provided by the company to generate new business opportunities. conduct site visits to understand customer requirements.Take accurate site measurements and gather all necessary project details to prepare suitable quotations.Prepare and submit quotations in a timely and professional manner.Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients to build relationships, address inquiries, and successfully close sales.Coordinate with the operations and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution from order confirmation to completion.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, site visits, quotations, and sales activities.Achieve monthly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to identify additional business opportunities.Qualifications & Experience : Minimum 1 year of outdoor sales experience.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.Strong network within the UAE construction, real estate, and interior design industries is highly desirable.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.Valid UAE Driving License (Required).What We Offer :Competitive salary of up to AED 4,000 per monthAttractive performance-based commission structureCareer growth and professional development opportunitiesSupportive and collaborative work environmentHow to Apply :Interested candidates are invited to send their CV along with a short self-introduction video via WhatsApp to 050 983 2576.Please note: Only candidates who submit the introduction video will be considered for the next stage of the recruitment process.If you are passionate about sales and ready to grow your career with a dynamic organization, we encourage you to apply.
