Outdoor Sales Manager Company: Sealy Mattress Middle East Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) Position Type: Full-time, Permanent Department: Business Development & Field Sales Job Purpose The Outdoor Sales Manager drives field sales and manages B2B dealer networks for Sealy's premium sleep systems in the UAE. Candidates should possess expertise in luxury furniture and high-end mattresses. [ 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 ] Key Responsibilities Market & Dealer Expansion: Secure new commercial accounts and strengthen partner relationships to maximize visibility. Sales & Training: Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and conduct product training for retail staff. Strategy & Relations: Monitor market trends and build long-term corporate relationships. [ 1 , 2 , 3 ] Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Experience: 6+ years of outdoor sales experience focusing on high-end mattresses and luxury furniture . Residency & Nationality: Currently residing in the UAE , open to Egyptian, Lebanese, or Jordanian nationals.
