This role is responsible for visiting retail locations, presenting products, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and ensuring that shelves and displays are adequately stocked. The role includes coordinating and assisting with product deliveries to retail partners, verifying orders, and ensuring accurate and timely handover of goods. The individual will build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and customers, support sales initiatives and promotions, and provide product information to drive in-store sales. Daily activities also involve basic reporting on stock levels, sales performance feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance retail execution and customer satisfaction.Qualifications Strong Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive product visibility and in-store revenue.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with retailers and end customers.Effective Organization Skills to manage schedules, delivery coordination, inventory checks, and documentation.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, including frequent field visits to retail locations and handling light physical tasks related to merchandising.Previous experience in field sales, merchandising, FMCG, or retail operations is highly beneficial.Basic proficiency in using mobile or web-based reporting tools for recording visits, orders, and stock information.Valid authorization to work in Dubai and flexibility to work standard retail business hours, including weekends as needed.Driver’s license and familiarity with local routes in Dubai are advantageous.
