The role is responsible for managing sales documentation, preparing quotations, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of outdoor sales operations within the beauty sector.The ideal candidate has prior Dubai, UAE sales coordination experience, understands the dynamics of outdoor beauty sales, and can effectively liaise between sales, warehouse, finance, and customers.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the outdoor sales team with quotations, LPOs, invoices, and order processingCoordinate with warehouse and logistics to ensure timely order dispatch and deliveryMaintain and update customer data in CRM/ERP systemsTrack sales performance, targets, and prepare periodic sales reportsFollow up on pending payments and coordinate with the finance teamCommunicate with clients regarding order status, product availability, and documentationAssist in preparing proposals, contracts, and promotional offersEnsure proper documentation and compliance with company proceduresQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree is a plus2–4 years of UAE experience in sales coordination or outdoor sales supportExperience in beauty or cosmetic products outdoor sales is a plusProficient in CRM and ERP systemsValid UAE driving licenseStrong English communication skills Arabic is a plusHighly organized with strong multitasking and coordination abilities
