Outdoor Sales Representative

NextSpace is looking for a proactive sales professional who can build strong client relationships, identify new projects and turn opportunities into confirmed orders.We specialise in premium outdoor furniture for hotels, resorts, restaurants and private residences, working with architects, interior designers, developers and procurement teams.Your roleYou will develop new business, meet clients, present our brands and collections, and manage opportunities from the first conversation through to a confirmed sale. You’ll also grow existing accounts, follow up consistently and maintain a clear, accurate sales pipeline.This role combines regular client meetings and site visits with office-based planning, quotations and follow-up.We’re looking for someone with:Strong consultative sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in B2B environments, ideally within furniture, FF&E, or hospitality projects.Proficiency in prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.Effective communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical and design features to diverse stakeholders.Basic understanding of design, architecture, or project coordination, with the ability to interpret client briefs and specifications.Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in quotations, contracts, and client documentation.Comfort working on-site and traveling within the region to meet clients, visit project locations, and attend industry events.Prior experience in outdoor furniture, interior design, hospitality procurement, or related sectors is highly advantageous.Working knowledge of standard office and CRM software; ability to learn company systems quickly.Fluency in English.Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
