We're looking for a passionate Outlet Manager to lead our Italian restaurant Verso and inspire a talented service team.What you'll do:Manage the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Lead, motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team.Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.Monitor and achieve revenue, cost control, and profitability targets.Maintain compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and hygiene standards.What we're looking for:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a management role within restaurants, cafes, hotels, or hospitality outlets.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven experience in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.Hospitality is more than a job—it's a career for people who care.
