Outlet Manager

TRIO CAFE| OUTLET MANAGER – UAE.We are looking for a commercially driven hospitality leader who can run the outlet like an owner — taking full accountability for the P&L, sales, profitability, people, customer experience and day-to-day operations.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and knows how to turn operational excellence into improved profitability.Key Responsibilities• Lead daily operations across dine-in, takeaway, drive-thru and aggregator/delivery channels• Ensure the outlet operates smoothly and efficiently, particularly during high-volume peak periods• Take full accountability for customer experience, service standards and operational excellence• Lead, coach and develop a large frontline team while building a strong performance culture• Optimise manpower planning, scheduling and team productivity• Maintain strict control over inventory, stock movement, wastage and operational expenses• Ensure compliance with TRIO SOPs, food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards• Monitor customer feedback and take ownership of resolving operational issues• Work closely with senior management to deliver business targets and continuously improve outlet performance• Take complete ownership of the outlet's P&L and overall business performance• Manage and improve sales, revenue, gross profit and net profitability• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and improve profit margins• Control labour, food, beverage, wastage and operating costs to achieve financial targets• Analyse sales and operational KPIs and take timely corrective actions• Identify opportunities to improve average spend, transactions, productivity and profitability• Take initiative, challenge inefficiencies and find ways to make the business better and more profitableCandidate Profile• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager / Restaurant Manager / Café Manager• Strong experience managing high-volume, fast-paced dine-in operations• Demonstrated responsibility for P&L, sales and profitability• Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to grow revenue and improve margins• Experience managing drive-thru and aggregator/delivery channels is highly preferred• Experience within premium hospitality, specialty coffee, cafés or lifestyle brands• Strong understanding of labour cost, food cost, wastage, inventory and operational KPIs• Excellent people leadership and team-management skills• Highly hands-on, accountable and results-driven• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities• Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of the business• UAE hospitality experience is preferredWe are looking for a business-minded operator who takes ownership, understands the numbers, leads from the front and continuously looks for ways to increase sales, reduce costs, improve the customer experience and deliver stronger profits.If you are ready to run an outlet like your own business, we would love to hear from you.
