The resort offers a wide range of leisure, wellness, and children’s facilities, complemented by a diverse selection of award-winning dining experiences.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join Dhow & Anchor in Jumeirah Beach Hotel.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and ensuring smooth flow of operations.Develop and present the annual business plan, revenue targets, and expense budgets for review with the Director of F&B.Monitor customer satisfaction, respond to feedback and complaints, and ensure positive image preservation.Monitor progress against the business plan, forecast, and initiate corrective actions to achieve financial and business targets.Maintain high service standards, food quality, and presentation to meet guest expectations.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations within a luxury hospitality environment, including leadership responsibilities.Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of service excellence.Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation, and cost control.Excellent guest engagement and relationship management skills with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across multiple stakeholders.Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.About the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
