The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids' clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join Pai Thai Restaurant in Jumeirah Al Qasr from September 2026 onwards.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Organize and supervise the day-to-day operations of the relevant Food & Beverage Outlet to ensure that all work within a specific team is carried out in an efficient manner and provide on-the-job training and constructive feedback to subordinates to support their overall development.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other Colleagues.Manage the implementation of Food and Beverage standards in the outlet ensuring that staff take corrective actions as necessary in adherence to Jumeirah policies and standards.Monitor the profitability of the outlet to provide recommendations and/or solutions to improve problem areas and assist with implementing such corrective measures.Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards; and identify, recommend, develop, and implement new ways to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and/or cost-savings.Consistently monitor the quality of food and beverages and service offered to guests and escalate any major problems/ complaints to senior management to ensure high service quality as per Jumeirah group quality standards.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management and/or a Health & Safety certification is considered an advantage.10-12 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably within the international luxury hospitality industryStrong understanding of outlet operations, guest service standards, cash handling procedures, inventory management, and cost control.Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and support colleagues in a fast-paced environment.About the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
