Outpatient Nursing Manager

Make a meaningful impact with ReDiscover.ReDiscover is seeking an Outpatient Nursing Manager to provide clinical and administrative leadership for nursing staff across assigned outpatient departments. This is an opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse leader to guide and develop nursing professionals, strengthen clinical services, and help ensure individuals receiving behavioral health and substance use services have access to compassionate, recovery-focused care.The ideal candidate is a nursing leader who brings strong supervisory experience, clinical knowledge, and a passion for developing people.
