Outreach Officer (Amman, Jordan)

Business & Finance Consulting (BFC, www.bfconsulting.com), a Swiss consulting company specialized in development finance, is supporting The Future Skills Fund (FSF, https://futureskills.jo/) in Amman, Jordan within the “Education Financing for Employment” project. FSF, with financial support from the German Government, partners with the German Development Bank (KfW) to advance skills building in Jordan. BFC is looking for an Outreach Officer to build and maintain relationships with community members, CBOs, partner organizations, and key stakeholders to promote FSF programs, services, and mission. Details:Location: Amman, JordanContracting: Service Agreement (this is not an employment opportunity)Input: Part-time (intermittent, up to 15 working days per month, up to 6 hours/day)Start date: 1 November 2026Duration: until 26 February 2027 (4 months in total)Reporting: The Officer will report directly to BFC and will also work closely with the FSF team. The Officer will work from the FSF office and will have to travel outside of Amman What you will do (Your Responsibilities):Build and maintain relationships with community members, CBOs, partner organizations, and key stakeholders to promote FSF programs, services, and mission. Increase awareness of FSF in regards of programs and services and raise awareness of the importance of TVET education to youth and local communities, engagement, and participation through strategic outreach activities like awareness sessions, school visits and event planning.Detailed Responsibilities:Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage target communities and stakeholdersRepresent FSF at community events, meetings, workshops, and forumsBuild and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, partners, and beneficiariesPromote FSF programs and services through presentations, awareness sessions, and outreach materialsIdentify new partnership and collaboration opportunitiesEstablish MOUs with CBOs and NGOsCollect feedback from the community to inform program improvementMaintain accurate records of outreach activities and prepare reportsCoordinate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with organizational goalsSupport campaigns, advocacy initiatives, and awareness drive as neededProvide Career Guidance for Youth in terms of TVET education and job opportunitiesSupport in reviewing applications when needed Who we are looking for (Desired Qualifications):Education: At least a Bachelor Degree in Education, Business, or any relevant fieldExperience: Minimum 4 years of proven work experience in outreach, education and TVET programsLanguages: Excellent written and spoken Arabic and EnglishSoft skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work effectively with youthTravel: Willingness to travel outside AmmanCoordination and reporting: Strong coordination, organization, and follow-up skills; Reporting skillsInterested candidates are invited to submit a CV in English via email at vacancy@bfconsulting.com or by clicking the "Apply Now" button on the right sidebar by 2 November 2026.Applications are assessed as they are received.
