OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE-IRVINE, CAFirst-Year OTE: $55,000–$75,000Schedule: Full-Time | Outside/Field SalesExperience: 1+ year of outside sales experience; contractor sales preferredTravel: Local customer and job-site visits; valid driver’s license requiredPosition OverviewWe are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build lasting customer relationships, grow existing accounts, and identify new sales opportunities.You’ll work directly with customers and decision-makers to understand their needs, recommend the right products and solutions, and become a trusted resource for their business.What You’ll Do Conduct face-to-face customer meetings and visit job sites Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts Identify opportunities to grow sales, market share, and gross profit Develop strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets Prepare and process sales orders, bids, and job information packages Identify upselling, cross-selling, and value-added service opportunities Resolve customer concerns, pricing issues, and material returns Maintain customer profiles, call reports, and weekly sales plans Partner with Inside Sales and other team members to support customers Assist with accounts receivable and communicate potential credit risksWhat You’ll Bring 1+ year of outside sales experience required Contractor sales experience preferred Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills Ability to independently plan and organize effective sales calls Strong product knowledge with the ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Ability to learn order-processing systems and warehouse material-handling equipment Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Ability to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishCompensation & Benefits First-Year OTE: $55,000–$75,000 Compensation includes salary + commission Opportunity to increase earnings through sales performance and profit sharingWHY JOIN?
