WE’RE HIRING | OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVEBeauty & Skincare Industry | Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are looking for a dynamic, confident, and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join a premium beauty & skincare business in the UAE.The ideal candidate is a proactive sales hunter with proven UAE sales experience and a strong professional background in the Beauty & Skincare Industry.Key Responsibilities* Generate new business through field sales, networking, and direct client outreach* Develop new clients across Dubai and Abu Dhabi* Build strong relationships with salons, beauty centers, skincare clinics, spas, wellness businesses and other potential partners* Conduct face-to-face client meetings, presentations and product/service introductions* Develop corporate, VIP and high-value client accounts* Identify new partnerships and business opportunities* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline* Achieve monthly sales and new-client acquisition targets* Maintain excellent relationships with new and existing clientsRequirements* Previous experience in the Beauty & Skincare Industry is REQUIRED* Proven UAE experience in Outside Sales, Field Sales or Business Development* Strong understanding of beauty, skincare, cosmetics and professional beauty products/services* Established network within the UAE beauty industry is a strong advantage* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills* Strong networking and relationship-building abilities* Proactive, target-driven and commercially minded* Good knowledge of the Dubai and/or Abu Dhabi market* Valid UAE driving licence and own car are highly preferred📩 Send your CV to: recruitment@smartstepforward.com
