If interested send me your CV to Arpitha.H@lancesoft.comTitle : Outsourced Workshop CoordinatorLocation : UAEDuration: 12 MonthsKey Responsibilities:• Plan/schedule preventive and corrective maintenance; manage job cards and repair prioritization• Support fleet/MHE performance monitoring and breakdown recovery coordination• Manage spare parts sourcing, vendor relationships, inventory, and purchase requisitions• Maintain compliance documentation (RTA registrations, insurance, permits), process invoices, monthly accruals, petty cash, and traffic fines• Act as liaison between drivers, mechanics, and logistics teamQualifications & Experience:• 3-5 years' experience in workshop coordination, fleet, or transport operations (FMCG/logistics preferred)• Hands-on experience with workshop documentation and fleet management systems (ERP/FMS)• Strong MS Office skills; knowledge of UAE traffic/RTA regulations
