In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of our Outsystems projects, driving initiatives crucial to our clients' success while mentoring junior developers and collaborating closely with business stakeholders.📌 Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver high-quality Outsystems applications in alignment with business requirementsProvide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, promoting best practicesWork with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specificationsEnsure the successful execution of the software development lifecycle, from design to deploymentParticipate in code reviews and oversee adherence to coding standardsStay current with Outsystems advancements and industry innovations to integrate new technologiesLead project meetings to track progress and ensure timely delivery of milestonesRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldA minimum of 8 years of software development experience, specializing in OutsystemsAt least 3 years in a leadership or senior role within the Outsystems ecosystemDeep understanding of application design patterns and software development best practicesExperience with Agile project management methodologiesStrong communication and team collaboration skillsA proactive mindset with the ability to solve complex problemsOutsystems certification(s) is highly regarded
