Overlay Manager – ADFW ProjectLocation: UAE / Project SiteStart: ImmediateDuration: Immediate to end of December 2026Contract: Fixed monthly feePreference: UAE / GCC-based candidates with relevant regional experienceRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Overlay Manager to support the team on a large-scale ADFW project.The role will lead the planning and coordination of a complex 29,000 sqm event construction site, incorporating semi-permanent structures, modular buildings, tents, stages, shade structures and associated services including power, water/waste and networks.The Overlay Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate scheduling, coordination and integration of services, deliveries and infrastructure across the wider site.Key Responsibilities:Lead MEP planning and coordination with consultants.Develop and manage phasing plans and technical schedules.Ensure integration and regular updates of structures, MEP and infrastructure plans.Lead sitewide infrastructure planning and coordination.Coordinate with key stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.Coordinate structural information between suppliers and the consultant engineer.Support the wider technical and site management teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Monitor interfaces between structures, MEP, utilities and other sitewide requirements.Reporting to: Technical Manager – StructuresWorking closely with:Site ManagerPower ManagerUtilities ManagerExperience & Skills:Strong experience in event site management and construction.Proven experience with phasing plans and the integration of structures and MEP.Strong understanding of complex event infrastructure and site logistics.Proficient in Excel and Smartsheet.CAD skills preferred.Previous experience on large-scale events, festivals, exhibitions or temporary construction projects.Regional/GCC experience is highly preferred.
