Position: IDC Technician (Data Center Operations)Location: Tempelhof 5, 3045 PV RotterdamShift: 24/7 rotational shifts ( 7×24 as required)Key ResponsibilitiesPerform on-site operations and maintenance in the Data Center (IDC) environment based on client requirementsRespond to incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLA targetsMonitor data center environment and systems, proactively identify risks, and perform routine inspectionsHandle emergency incidents following established EOP procedures, ensuring accurate reporting and documentationUse ticketing systems to manage tasks and follow SOP workflows with high accuracy and complianceSupport installation, racking, cabling, and maintenance of IT equipment (servers, switches, etc.)Assist with on-site support activities, site surveys, and basic infrastructure tasks when requiredRequirementsEducationDiploma or above in Computer Science, IT, or related fieldsExperienceBasic understanding of data center operations or IT infrastructureExperience in IT support, hardware maintenance, or data center environment is a plusTechnical SkillsBasic knowledge of IT hardware (servers, network devices, cabling)Familiarity with ticketing systems and operational processes (SOP/EOP)Proficiency in Microsoft Office toolsCore CompetenciesStrong sense of responsibility and ability to work in a shift-based environmentGood communication skills with clear and logical expressionTeam-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skillsAbility to follow processes strictly and maintain high accuracyLanguagesFluent in English plus one of the following: Local language or ChineseBudget2900 gross euros monthly base salary+ around 500-600 euros night shift allowance(Not fixed, depending on the scheduling situation)+ 8% holiday allowance (2900*0.08=232 euros per month )
