About the CompanyAbout the RoleThe ideal candidate should have a strong background in overseas manpower recruitment, preferably within the manpower supply or workforce solutions industry.ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end overseas recruitment operations.Develop and maintain relationships with international recruitment agencies.Lead overseas recruitment campaigns, interviews, and candidate selection.Oversee visa processing, documentation, and worker mobilization.Ensure manpower requirements are fulfilled within agreed timelines.Monitor recruitment costs, agency performance, and hiring targets.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth recruitment operations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Required SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience in overseas recruitment.Previous experience in a manpower supply or workforce solutions company is highly preferred.Strong network of international recruitment agencies.Experience in bulk recruitment and overseas hiring campaigns.Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Good knowledge of Saudi recruitment procedures and international hiring processes.Preferred SkillsPrevious experience in a manpower supply or workforce solutions company is highly preferred.Pay range and compensation packageEqual Opportunity Statement
