Strategic Planning Develop and execute medium‑long‑term supply‑chain strategies for Anta Americas. Deliver forward‑looking regional supply‑chain layout against business growth targets, produce capacity site assessments & roadmaps, align with group global supply‑chain plan.Cost Optimization Lead end‑to‑end total cost optimization covering local material/trim sourcing, garment manufacturing and warehousing across Americas. Identify saving opportunities and hit annual cost‑reduction targets.Compliance & Risk Management Track North & Central America trade and tariff rules (USMCA, CA trade agreements) and roll out business countermeasures. Mitigate tariff, geopolitical, lead‑time and supply‑disruption risks with early‑warning contingency plans; coordinate HQ teams on ESG & labour audits.Supply‑chain Build‑up Oversee Central America supplier capacity planning and order delivery. Drive 0‑to‑1 apparel supply‑chain setup, build delivery & quality assurance systems to secure stable order fulfilment.Supplier Management Source, evaluate and onboard Central America garment factories and local material‑trim suppliers. Deploy tier‑based supplier management; drive capacity expansion & quality improvement, maintain key‑supplier strategic partnerships.Cross‑regional Collaboration Partner with HQ product, procurement, quality and finance teams, break China‑overseas information silos and resolve cross‑border operational issues.Job Requirements7+ years apparel/textile international‑trade experience in North or Central America, with proven 0‑to‑1 supply‑chain build‑up experienceStrong business acumen and leadership
