Own Brand Squad Lead – (Pet / HBA / DGF / Confectionery / Beverage / Home Care)

Key Responsibility:Define and drive the Own Brand category strategy, vision and product roadmap in line with business objectives. Take end-to-end accountability for Own Brand sales, margin and category participation. Develop and prioritize the product roadmap and squad backlog to maximize category growth and business impact. Drive new product development and launches, from product planning through execution, ensuring timely time-to-market. Monitor and improve Own Brand SKU productivity (Sales-per-SKU) and overall category performance. Partner closely with the Core Merchandising team as the Own Brand counterpart to develop and grow the category. Ensure product quality and work with relevant functions to minimize quality incidents and product recalls. Lead, guide and collaborate with squad members and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within expected timelines. Translate commercial and category insights into actions that support sales growth, profitability and category development.

Qualifications
