The Owner will set strategic objectives, manage budgets, and ensure alignment of operations with the company’s vision and goals. Day-to-day tasks include supervising key business functions, making high-level decisions, maintaining relationships with partners and clients, and monitoring financial performance. The role also involves leading and mentoring team members, implementing policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and identifying new business opportunities to expand market presence.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in business leadership, ownership, or senior management roles.Strong skills in strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight.Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Proficiency in decision-making, problem-solving, and risk management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams.Knowledge of the Dubai market and relevant regulatory requirements is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.Commitment to ethical business practices, continuous improvement, and long-term growth.
