Daily tasks include managing budgets and financial performance, supervising staff, and ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. The Owner will develop and implement business plans, monitor operational workflows, and make decisions to improve efficiency and profitability. This role also involves building relationships with vendors, clients, and community stakeholders, as well as ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. The Owner will lead by example, support a positive workplace culture, and ensure that the organization meets its short- and long-term goals.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in business management, entrepreneurship, or leading an operational team.Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, cash flow management, and interpreting financial reports.Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and drive business growth.Excellent leadership, people management, and conflict resolution skills.Effective communication and negotiation skills for working with staff, customers, and external partners.Ability to work on-site in Voat Phnum and engage directly in day-to-day operations.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and make sound decisions.Familiarity with local business regulations and practices; prior experience in the region is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
