ARAMBOL operates across architecture, engineering, and construction, supporting promoters, builders, and EPC companies with dynamic, reliable services that strengthen their business and professional development.Role Description The Owner role at ARAMBOL.sa is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar, responsible for leading overall business strategy, operations, and growth. The person in this role will oversee project planning and execution, ensure high-quality delivery across engineering and construction initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and suppliers. Daily responsibilities include supervising key departments, monitoring financial performance, setting performance targets, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. The Owner will guide business development efforts, identify new market opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in processes, technology use, and team productivity. This role also involves mentoring leadership staff, fostering a collaborative work culture, and representing ARAMBOL.sa in high-level negotiations and industry forums.Qualifications Proven leadership and management skills, including experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and guiding strategic decision-making.Strong background in engineering, construction, or related technical fields, with the ability to understand complex projects and technical requirements.Business development and relationship management capabilities, including client engagement, partnership building, and contract negotiation.Financial and operational management skills, such as budgeting, performance analysis, and resource planning.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an asset.Experience working with advanced industry technologies and tools to improve productivity and project outcomes.Ability to work on-site in Al Khobar and engage regularly with clients, suppliers, and local authorities.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; a graduate degree or equivalent experience at executive level is preferred.Demonstrated track record of managing or owning a business, particularly in architecture, engineering, or construction sectors, is highly beneficial.
