Role Description The Owner at Mint Creative Production will oversee the strategic direction, growth, and overall performance of the company, ensuring that creative, technical, and operational teams work in alignment with business objectives. This full-time, on-site role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia involves leading key client relationships, guiding major projects from concept to delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and innovation in all architectural theming and 3D fabrication work. The Owner will manage budgets and financial performance, approve major investments, and identify new market opportunities within Saudi Arabia and the broader region. Daily responsibilities include mentoring senior leaders, making key hiring decisions, reviewing project proposals and designs, and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. The role also requires active representation of Mint in industry events, networking with partners, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.QualificationsStrong leadership and management capabilities, including experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams and guiding strategic business decisions.Background in creative production, architectural theming, experiential design, or 3D fabrication, with an understanding of end-to-end project delivery.Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and maintain long-term partnerships in a B2B environment.Solid financial and operational acumen, including experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics for a production or design business.Knowledge of relevant technologies and methods such as 3D rendering, CNC machining, fabrication processes, robotics, animatronics, or related fields.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across design, engineering, manufacturing, and administrative functions.Experience operating in GCC or regional markets; familiarity with Saudi business environment and regulations is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced education
