The company maintains a commitment to high professional standards and practical, results-oriented solutions.Role Description The Owner role at Cardinal Intelligence Consultancy Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Sharjah, responsible for overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight of the firm. The owner will define business strategy, set organizational goals, and oversee key service lines, including consulting, training, investigations, and security management solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, approving major projects, supervising senior staff, and ensuring that services meet regulatory, ethical, and professional standards. The role involves monitoring financial performance, developing new business opportunities, shaping partnerships, and guiding marketing and business development initiatives. The owner will also establish policies, support team development, and ensure that the company’s operations are aligned with its mission of delivering intelligence-driven security and consulting services.Qualifications Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills to guide overall business direction and manage senior stakeholders.Expertise in security management, risk assessment, and investigative practices, preferably within consulting or security-focused organizations.Proficiency in business development, client relationship management, and negotiation to sustain and grow the firm’s portfolio.Financial and operational management skills, including budgeting, performance monitoring, and resource allocation.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex security and intelligence concepts clearly.Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering a culture of professionalism, integrity, and compliance.Relevant academic background in security studies, criminology, business administration, law, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.Prior ownership, executive, or senior management experience in consulting, security services, or a related industry is highly beneficial.Familiarity with regional regulatory environments and industry standards in security and investigations, particularly within the Middle East and Africa.
