The organization continues to expand across the UAE and the region, contributing significantly to regional development while maintaining a focus on high-quality services for clients.Role Description The Owner role at NBHH is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, responsible for providing overall strategic direction and leadership for the company. The Owner oversees business performance, sets long-term objectives, and ensures that projects align with organizational goals, client expectations, and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding senior management, reviewing major contracts and investments, and making decisions on resource allocation, risk management, and market expansion. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, while promoting a culture of professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement. The Owner also monitors financial results, approves budgets, and supports the development of new business opportunities to sustain growth and competitiveness.Qualifications Demonstrated leadership experience in construction, infrastructure, or related industries, with the ability to set strategic direction and manage large, complex projects.Strong business and financial management skills, including budgeting, investment evaluation, and performance monitoring in high-value project environments.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, government entities, consultants, and partners across the UAE and regional markets.Comprehensive understanding of construction operations, project delivery cycles, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in the United Arab Emirates.Excellent decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and to quality standards.Ability to lead diverse teams, foster collaborative teamwork, and drive organizational culture focused on innovation and operational excellence.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are an advantage.Prior ownership or executive-level experience in a contracting or infrastructure company, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
