People Centric Consultancy values integrity, continuous learning, and measurable impact in every engagement.Role Description The Owner role at People Centric Consultancy is a full-time, on-site position located in Ifrane, responsible for leading the overall strategy, operations, and growth of the firm. Day-to-day tasks include setting business goals, designing consulting offerings, overseeing client engagements, and ensuring high-quality delivery across all projects. The Owner manages finances and budgets, leads business development efforts, and builds partnerships with organizations, institutions, and key stakeholders. This role involves supervising and mentoring team members, establishing internal processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and professional standards. The Owner is also expected to represent the consultancy at events, maintain a strong local and regional presence, and drive continuous improvement in services and methodologies.Qualifications Leadership and management skills, including team supervision, strategic planning, and decision-making.Business development and relationship management skills, such as networking, client acquisition, and partnership building.Operational and financial management capabilities, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.Consulting and advisory skills, including needs assessment, problem-solving, and solution design for organizational challenges.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders and convey complex ideas clearly.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize, delegate, and meet deadlines.Experience in professional services, consulting, HR, organizational development, or a related field is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Psychology, HR, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Ifrane and maintain a consistent presence with clients and team members.Commitment to ethical practices, inclusivity, and people-centric approaches to organizational improvement.
