Role Description The Owner role at Natural Eye Media is a full-time, on-site position based in Rangpur Division, Bangladesh. This role is responsible for setting the overall vision, strategy, and direction of the company, including business development, client relationship management, and brand positioning. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing project pipelines, guiding research and creative efforts, managing budgets and resources, and making key operational and financial decisions. The Owner will lead and mentor team members, ensure high-quality delivery across all services, and identify opportunities for expansion into new markets and industries. This role also involves representing the company in external meetings, partnerships, and networking events to strengthen the brand and drive sustainable growth.QualificationsStrong leadership and management capabilities, including team mentoring, strategic planning, and decision-making.Demonstrated experience in business development, client relationship management, and partnership building.Background in branding, marketing, or creative industries, with an understanding of storytelling and content-driven strategies.Ability to oversee research-driven projects, interpret insights, and translate findings into actionable business and creative decisions.Proficiency in budgeting, financial oversight, and resource allocation to support sustainable growth.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company to diverse stakeholders.Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving skills, and comfort working in a dynamic, evolving environment.Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
