Role Description This full-time, on-site Owner role is based in Novo Hamburgo, RS, and is responsible for providing strategic direction and overall leadership for Brasil TecPar. The Owner oversees daily operations, guides business development initiatives, and ensures that financial and operational goals are met. Responsibilities include setting long-term objectives, managing key partnerships, supervising senior staff, and making decisions on investments, budgets, and resource allocation. The role also involves monitoring market trends, identifying growth opportunities, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace culture. The Owner represents the company in high-level negotiations and public forums, ensuring that Brasil TecPar’s values and business interests are consistently upheld.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in business ownership, executive leadership, or senior management, preferably in a related industry.Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving growth and operational efficiency.Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and oversight of P&L and investments.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the company externally.Proven capability in team leadership, talent development, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.Knowledge of local market dynamics and regulatory requirements relevant to operating in Novo Hamburgo, RS.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.Ability to work on-site full time and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
