The person in this role oversees daily operations, including planning, execution, and performance tracking to ensure business targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include managing budgets, monitoring key metrics, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with cross-functional teams such as logistics, customer service, marketing, and finance. The Owner is expected to drive continuous improvement, identify growth opportunities, and make data-informed decisions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. The role also involves stakeholder management, risk assessment, and clear communication of progress and challenges to leadership.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in ownership of a business unit, product line, or operational area with measurable outcomes.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working with data, KPIs, and dashboards to guide decisions.Proven leadership skills, including team coordination, stakeholder management, and the ability to influence without direct authority.Solid understanding of e-commerce, retail, or operations management, preferably within fast-paced or high-growth environments.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Sharjah, manage multiple priorities, and adapt quickly to changing business needs.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.Experience in the MENA region and familiarity with local customer expectations, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics is beneficial.
