Role Description The Owner at Centro Argentino de Estudios en lo Penal Tributario is responsible for providing strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the organization’s long-term sustainability. This full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara involves managing financial performance, coordinating academic and professional activities, and maintaining compliance with relevant legal and tax regulations. The Owner will supervise staff, foster external partnerships, and support the development of training programs, publications, and events related to criminal tax law. The role also includes setting organizational policies, representing the center in professional forums, and guiding business development initiatives to strengthen the institution’s reputation and impact.Qualifications Demonstrated leadership and management abilities, including experience overseeing teams, operations, and budgets in an educational, legal, or professional services environment.Strong understanding of tax law, criminal law, or related legal disciplines, with the capacity to engage with complex regulatory and compliance matters.Proficiency in strategic planning, business development, and stakeholder relationship management, with a track record of building partnerships and networks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to represent the organization publicly and collaborate with diverse professional groups.Relevant academic background in law, taxation, business administration, or a related field; advanced degrees, certifications, or professional memberships are an advantage.Ability to work full time on site in Vadodara, demonstrating reliability, adaptability, and commitment to the institution’s mission and values.
