The company also provides maintenance and managed services supported by clear SLA metrics.Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Riyadh Region. The Owner is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Beta Information Technology, overseeing business development, and ensuring profitable and sustainable growth. Daily activities include managing key client relationships, evaluating and approving major technology and partnership decisions, and supervising the delivery of complex systems integration projects. The role involves guiding senior leaders across operations, sales, finance, and technical teams, monitoring performance against strategic objectives, and ensuring that services align with industry best practices and customer expectations. The Owner also leads governance, risk management, and compliance efforts to maintain high standards in service quality and information security.Qualifications Strong leadership and strategic management skills, including business planning, organizational leadership, and decision-making.Experience in information technology domains such as cyber security, cloud services, data infrastructure, and advanced networking.Background in systems integration, including consultation, design, implementation, and integration of ICT architectures.Proficiency in project and program management, with experience overseeing large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.Ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.Understanding of service delivery models, including maintenance, managed services, SLA metrics, and quality assurance frameworks.Solid financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting, pricing, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and foster collaboration.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in a senior executive or ownership role within the ICT or systems integration sector is highly beneficial.
