Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business. Day-to-day tasks include setting strategic direction, managing client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across projects. The Owner will handle budgeting, financial planning, and basic accounting, as well as supervising any staff or collaborators and coordinating workflows. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, marketing services, and maintaining compliance with local regulations and industry standards. This position requires hands-on involvement in operations, decision-making, and continuous improvement of processes and offerings.QualificationsDemonstrated ability to manage a small business or freelance operation, including strategic planning and day-to-day operations.Strong client management skills, with experience in building relationships, negotiating agreements, and maintaining client satisfaction.Basic financial management capabilities, such as budgeting, forecasting, and overseeing invoices and payments.Experience in planning and executing business development and marketing activities to attract and retain clients.Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines on-site.Clear, professional communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the region is an advantage.Comfort with using productivity tools, digital communication platforms, and basic office software to run daily operations.Knowledge of local business regulations and practices in Dubai, or willingness to learn and adhere to them.Prior experience in a leadership, entrepreneurial, or freelance role is highly beneficial.
