Team members are expected to collaborate closely with the advocate to deliver high-quality legal outcomes and maintain strong client relationships.Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida, responsible for leading and managing the legal practice. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing all legal matters, reviewing and drafting legal documents, preparing case strategies, and representing clients in courts or tribunals as required. The role involves supervising staff or associates, allocating work, and ensuring that case timelines and compliance requirements are met. The Owner will handle client consultations, manage client intake and expectations, and maintain professional standards in documentation and record-keeping. Additional responsibilities include overseeing office operations, coordinating with external stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to expand the practice’s services and client base.Qualifications Strong legal knowledge in relevant practice areas (e.g., civil, criminal, corporate, or family law) and ability to interpret statutes, case law, and regulations.Proficiency in legal drafting, including petitions, contracts, notices, and opinions, with careful attention to detail and accuracy.Experience in litigation and dispute resolution, including case preparation, evidence review, and court appearances.Excellent client-facing skills, including clear communication, active listening, and the ability to explain legal concepts in understandable terms.Sound organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple cases, deadlines, and administrative responsibilities.Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities, including supervising junior staff or interns and fostering a collaborative work environment.High ethical standards, professionalism, and commitment to confidentiality and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution; enrollment with the appropriate Bar Council and valid license to practice.Comfort with basic office technology and legal research tools; familiarity with digital case management or documentation systems is an advantage.
