Digital Transformation ManagerRole DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and technology-oriented Digital Transformation Manager to lead initiatives that enhance business performance through digital innovation, process optimization, and technology adoption. The role involves assessing business processes, identifying digital opportunities, developing transformation roadmaps, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation. You will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, and stakeholders to introduce scalable digital solutions, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. The Digital Transformation Manager will also support change management, process standardization, technology adoption, and performance measurement to ensure sustainable transformation outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong business understanding with digital awareness and a practical, results-driven approach.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or above in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field.Strong understanding of digital transformation, business process optimization, emerging technologies, and technology-enabled business models.Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate business requirements into practical digital solutions and transformation initiatives.Familiarity with data analytics, cloud technologies, automation, AI, CRM, ERP, or other enterprise technology platforms.Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and drive organizational change.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools; knowledge of Agile, Lean, or similar methodologies is a plus.
