This full-time, on-site role in Kikinda involves overseeing WordPress support and hosting services, maintaining strong relationships with individual and agency clients, and ensuring service quality and reliability. The Owner will manage key business functions such as finance, marketing, sales, and partnerships, while guiding a small team or external collaborators. Daily tasks include reviewing performance metrics, refining the service offering, coordinating with technical staff on platform improvements, and identifying new business opportunities. The role requires hands-on involvement in decision-making, process optimization, and long-term planning to sustain and expand Webueno’s market presence.Qualifications Strong business management and leadership skills, including strategic planning, budgeting, and decision-making.Experience with WordPress, website hosting, and basic web technologies, with the ability to understand technical requirements and solutions.Client relationship and account management skills, particularly with small businesses, startups, and digital agencies.Marketing and sales capabilities, including digital marketing knowledge and partnership development.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and willingness to work on-site in Kikinda.Previous experience in owning or managing a small business, agency, or tech-focused service company is highly beneficial.
