Team members work with a talented pool of engineers on diverse, innovation-driven projects.Role Description The Owner role at INovex Idea Solution Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The Owner oversees the overall business strategy, sets long-term goals, and ensures alignment between product development, client needs, and market trends. Daily responsibilities include guiding project portfolios, reviewing key technical and business decisions, managing budgets and resources, and maintaining high standards for service delivery and quality. The role involves building and sustaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and representing the company in negotiations, partnerships, and industry events. The Owner also mentors team members, shapes the organizational culture, and ensures compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.Qualifications Demonstrated experience in IT consulting, software development, or technology product management, ideally within web, mobile, or enterprise solutions.Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.Solid understanding of agile and traditional software development methodologies, quality assurance practices, and solution architecture concepts.Business development and client relationship management capabilities, including contract negotiation and stakeholder communication.Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue growth planning for technology-driven businesses.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving skills, and willingness to take ownership of organizational outcomes in a startup environment.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
