Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Owner will oversee overall business strategy, set organizational goals, and ensure alignment of technology solutions with client needs and market opportunities. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading senior management, guiding project delivery, managing key client relationships, and making decisions on investments, partnerships, and resource allocation. The role involves reviewing financial performance, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving business development initiatives in IT services and consulting. The Owner will also foster a collaborative culture, support talent development, and maintain high standards of quality, ethics, and customer satisfaction.QualificationsStrong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholders.Proven background in IT services or consulting, including experience overseeing complex software projects across Cloud, Mobile, Hybrid, or Desktop environments.Solid understanding of Microsoft and Open Source technology stacks, software development lifecycles, and modern architectural approaches.Business development, client relationship management, and contract negotiation skills, with a track record of growing revenue and maintaining key accounts.Financial and operational management capabilities, including budgeting, performance tracking, risk management, and process optimization.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to represent the company to clients, partners, and other stakeholders.Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and comfort with high levels of responsibility and ownership in a dynamic environment.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
