Role Description The Owner role at Octad Soft is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing the overall vision, strategy, and performance of the organization. Day-to-day tasks include setting business goals, monitoring financial health, and making key decisions on investments, partnerships, and resource allocation. The Owner will lead senior team members, guide business development activities, and ensure that projects align with client expectations and company standards. This role also involves managing operational processes, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations, and fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. The Owner will represent Octad Soft in external meetings, negotiate contracts, and build relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in business leadership, entrepreneurship, or senior management within a technology or services organization.Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities, including experience in setting and tracking business objectives.Solid understanding of finance and operations, with the ability to interpret financial reports and manage budgets effectively.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to represent the organization externally.Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and drive accountability.Familiarity with software development or IT services environments and current industry trends is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad and be actively involved in day-to-day organizational operations.
