The organization values professionalism, reliability, and strong project oversight to maintain long-term relationships in the regional construction market.Role Description The Owner is responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction and operational management of Alnisr for Roads and Building Contracting. This full-time, on-site role in Sharjah includes supervising major road and building projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety standards, and maintaining quality across all phases of construction. The Owner will manage key client relationships, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with engineers, site managers, and administrative staff to secure resources and resolve issues. Day-to-day tasks also involve monitoring financial performance, approving budgets, guiding business development efforts, and making decisions that support sustainable growth and strong community and industry partnerships.Qualifications Extensive experience in roads, infrastructure, and building contracting, including end-to-end project oversight from planning to delivery.Strong leadership and people management abilities to guide multidisciplinary teams and foster a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and contract management, with the ability to negotiate agreements and manage financial risks.Solid understanding of local construction regulations, permitting processes, and health and safety standards in Sharjah and the wider UAE.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to work with clients, suppliers, government authorities, and internal teams.Demonstrated experience in business development, networking, and building long-term relationships within the construction sector.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.Proven track record in senior decision-making roles within construction or contracting organizations, preferably in the Gulf region.
