Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves overseeing daily business operations, setting strategic direction, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and financial goals. The Owner will manage key stakeholder relationships, supervise staff and resources, and make decisions about services, partnerships, and long-term growth. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, guiding budgeting and investments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and professional standards. The role also requires representing the organization in external meetings and events, while fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in business ownership, executive leadership, or senior management, preferably within professional services or membership-based organizations.Strong strategic planning, financial management, and operational oversight capabilities.Proficiency in stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.Ability to lead teams, develop talent, and build an inclusive, performance-oriented culture.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (such as CPA) is a plus.Solid understanding of professional associations, accounting or finance sectors, and regional business practices.Capacity to work on-site in Dubai and to represent the organization professionally in regional and international settings.
