Role Description The Owner role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Riyadh Region, responsible for overseeing the overall strategic direction and performance of Digi-Dreams.ca’s local operations. The Owner will manage key partnerships with brands and retailers, guide distribution and retail strategies, and ensure that logistics and supply chain processes run efficiently. Daily responsibilities include reviewing performance metrics, making data-informed decisions on channel expansion, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and resolving operational challenges. The role also involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and compliance, while fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture and representing the company in high-level negotiations and market development initiatives.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in business ownership, general management, or senior leadership within distribution, retail, or supply chain-focused environments.Strong understanding of supply chain management, logistics operations, and multi-channel retail strategies.Proven ability to analyze market data, sales performance, and product catalogs to drive strategic decisions and growth initiatives.Excellent stakeholder management skills, including building and maintaining partnerships with brands, retailers, and service providers.Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and overseeing P&L to support sustainable business growth.Effective communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead teams and align cross-functional efforts.Experience working in or with the Riyadh Region or similar markets, with an understanding of local business practices and regulatory requirements.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.Ability to work on-site full time, adapt to evolving market conditions, and maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism
