We combine the resources of a national insurance platform with the opportunity to grow within a high-performing local agency.This role is for someone who enjoys talking to people, making calls, building relationships, and finding new ways to generate business. You won't be expected to sit back and wait for leads to come in. You'll have the opportunity to build your own pipeline through outbound sales, referral partnerships, networking, and social media.If you're coachable, willing to put in the work, and excited about building a long-term career in sales, we'd love to meet you.Compensation & Career Growth$2,500 monthly recoverable draw to provide a baseline of compensation as you develop your sales pipeline.Six months of ramp-up bonuses designed to support you as you learn the business and build momentum.Year 1: $65,000 target total compensationYear 2: $80,000 target total compensationYear 3+: $100,000+ earning potentialOur goal is to help you develop the sales skills, referral relationships, and consistent production habits needed to grow your income over time.Compensation is performance-based. OTE represents target earnings, not guaranteed pay. The recoverable draw is subject to the applicable compensation agreement.What You'll DoGenerate New BusinessMake outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers to create new sales opportunities.Proactively identify opportunities to quote home, auto, and other personal insurance products.Consistently follow up with prospects to move opportunities toward a sale.Build Referral PartnershipsDevelop relationships with real estate agents, mortgage professionals, and other local referral partners.Network within the Myrtle Beach community to generate new business opportunities.Build a referral pipeline that creates long-term, repeatable growth.Use Social Media to Generate LeadsCreate and engage with content that builds your professional presence.Use social media and online networking to connect with prospective customers and referral partners.Look for creative ways to turn conversations and connections into new business.Deliver a Great Customer ExperienceLearn customers' insurance needs and help them find appropriate coverage through our broad carrier network.Manage your pipeline, follow-up activities, and sales opportunities.Work with our team to provide a professional experience from the first conversation through the sale.What We're Looking ForSomeone who genuinely wants to sell, compete, and increase their earning potential.Strong communication skills and the confidence to pick up the phone.A self-starter who takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do.Someone who enjoys meeting people and building long-term relationships.Coachability, resilience, and a willingness to learn from feedback.Comfort using technology and social media to create business opportunities.A professional attitude and commitment to consistent daily activity.Previous insurance experience is helpful, but a strong sales mindset, work ethic, and willingness to learn are what matter most.
