This role is responsible for accurately packing and labeling grain products, following established packaging standards and safety guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include preparing packaging materials, operating basic equipment, verifying product quantities, and organizing orders for shipment. The associate will inspect products and packaging for quality, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and assist with inventory counts and documentation. Collaboration with production and logistics teams to meet daily fulfillment targets and timelines is a core part of the role.QualificationsCandidates should possess practical skills in packing and hands-on packaging operations.Candidates should possess skills related to packaging design and basic packaging engineering concepts.Candidates should possess skills in quality control, including visual inspection and adherence to standards.Candidates should possess research skills to help improve packaging processes and identify better materials or methods.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory or order-tracking processes.Capability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work safely with equipment.Previous experience in packaging, warehousing, or fulfillment environments is beneficial.
