If you're focused, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced production environment, this is your opportunity to play a key role in getting medication packs out the door accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesPlace blister packs of medication into their sleeves accurately and efficientlyVerify that lot numbers are correct and consistent across all packs before completing each setProduce packs at the required pace, assembling sets of 4 and completing approximately 2,000-2,500 packs per shiftManually write labels with the correct lot number and BUD (Beyond-Use Date) for each packInspect blister packs for damage and remove any defective packs before packagingTrack lot numbers throughout the packing process to ensure accurate recordkeepingAccurately count packs and units to meet production and inventory requirementsLabel completed packs and place them on pallets for staging and transportAssist with occasional inventory counting as neededMaintain a high level of attention to detail to catch quality issues before packs leave the stationAdhere to all company safety and quality policies and proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with lot numbers and labelingBasic counting and math skillsAbility to work at a fast, steady pace while maintaining accuracyReliable, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionAgility and manual dexterity for repetitive hand tasksAbility to stand for an entire shiftAbility to pass a background checkAbility to communicate effectively in EnglishBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusPrevious experience in packing, warehouse, or pharmaceutical/production environments is a plusThis is a full-time position (40 hours per week).Schedule: Friday to Monday, 6am - 4:30pmWork EnvironmentOn-site role based in Davie and/or Miami Gardens – Inventory DepartmentFast-paced warehouse/production facility settingStanding for the entire shift; minimal to no heavy liftingRepetitive hand and wrist motion while packingRequires sustained focus and accuracy for extended periods, with the ability to catch quality issues in medication packing and labelingPay Range: $16 USD - $16 USDBenefits:401(k) with up to 4% matchingMedical, dental, vision and life insurancePaid time off that grows with your tenureCore ValuesThe Pharmacy Hub is dedicated to breaking barriers in healthcare by championing access, intervention and affordability.Customer-first mindset - we develop strong partnerships with telehealth platforms and healthcare companies to enhance access and understand their specific needsInnovation for intervention in care - we develop advanced compounding solutions and products to better support patient health outcomesContinuous improvement - we continuously improve our processes and offerings through intelligent, honest and transparent practices to deliver cost-effective solutions that truly benefit our clients and their patients.You will play a pivotal role in maintaining these values and contributing to the company’s mission of redefining healthcare delivery through superior pharmacy servicesAt The Pharmacy Hub, we don’t just offer jobs—we offer opportunities for career growth and development.
